Simple, Cheap Procedure To Limit African HIV/AIDS Infections

There are app. 28 million Africans living with HIV/AIDS. Yet many Africans continue to have unprotected sex and also sadly have children. Twenty-five percent of those children are infected with HIV because the mother passes on her disease. No person should have the right to infect others with a disease and that includes parents infecting their own children.

There is a worldwide push for cheap anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) to improve the quality of life for HIV/AIDS infected people. The ARVs should have a mandatory contraceptive drug component to slow the spread of the pandemic.
