It takes a crook to catch a crook. Isn't that what FDR said when he appointed Joe Kennedy first head of the SEC?
No doubt Hillary is smarter than George. She wants a fence, but welcomes those who climb it. She got away with Whitewater, cattle futures and more. Will Hill's investigation include the back room deal Slick Willy made with Occidental? In1997 the final chapter of the Teapot Dome scandal was finally written when Willy handed over the Elk Hills Naval Strategic Oil reserve to Occidental for $3.65 a barrel. It was touted as the fastest deal the federal government ever made. No wonder, Al Gores family had almost $700,000 of the company's stock. Gore Sr. was on the board for years. Gee… oil is now over $70 a barrel and guess what? The US government has been buying oil since it was $30 a barrel for our oil reserve!
So dont expect much out of the investigation. Like the fence it is more double talk.
